Refund policy

CANCELLATIONS/EXCHANGES/RETURNS - As a courtesy to our customers, orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours of order placement there is no refund, cancellation or return of the order or payment.

Store credit is available, upon management approval, however, a restocking fee of 30% will apply. Floor samples or in-stock merchandise may not be returned or exchanged after leaving our warehouse. Special Orders are non-cancelable and non refundable Payment made on orders cancelled within 24-hours will be refunded, in like method of payment, within 15 business days.
