Today they delivered a reclining sofa and chair. When I saw the chair in my living room, I didn't like it. I called Ted at Sandy's and told him I wanted an upgraded chair and they accommodated me! The original chair was picked up and the new chair was delivered on the same day. The delivery people were very careful and polite.
